I just started playing Rage, for which I have the Anarchy Edition. I see that I have the double barrel shotgun and Fists of RAGE, however, I do not have the Crimson Elite Armor or the Rat Rod Buggy. Do I have to wait until sometime later in the game to get those? I haven't tried the bonus sewer mission yet.

As a side note, I wasn't actually able to enter the Anarchy Edition codes in Stem like the leaflet instructs, so it seems like the primary game code identifies it with the Anarchy Edition. Also, since the only edition being sold retail that I see is the Anarchy Edition, I say jeers to all the hype with pre-ordering. What a deceptive marketing gimik!

You get them progressively. Keep playing the game and they will show up in the inventory.

EDIT: Well not inventory exactly, you'll see.
