I was working on the quest "Come Fly With Me" and now I'm unable to complete it. I got the items I need to give to Chris so he can repair and sabotage the rockets, but he's not where the game is telling me to go! I saw him once to give him the thermal items, but when I went back to give him the Sugar Bombs, he's nowhere to be found! I've tried waiting, reloading, praying, and nothing works!! Has anyone else had this problem? I'd really like to be able to complete this quest! As much as I love the Fallout games, these glitches can become very frustrating...

Sounds like a glitch from Fallout 3. Certain characters are going to disappear thanks to the games wide variety of bichmeters that have to be met. There is likely no solution to this problem.

I'm not worried about the story, I was just pissed because I'd spent over an hour working on that mission and now I won't be able to reap the rewards. KHHHAAAANNNN!!!
