My computer right now is not connected to the internet and wont be for a while but this also means I cant mod Fallout 3.

So my question is, Can i download mods then transfer them to a data device (USB) then put the USB in my computer (That’s not connected to the internet) and then put my mods onto Fallout 3?

I know how to mod, I do it allot I just need to know if I could do this? ^^^

but yes, you can do this easy, I had to do this for a while, when I had dialup
