Ok so, I just bought a pc windows 7 ultimate 84 bit or something idk, so

What are the basics of modding,
and what are some basic mods to start with?

I obviously want better female bodies, (but not huge ass boobs and ass, wtf)
I want better lighting
and i want more magic abilities.

On top of that, just what in yalls opinion are the best most useful mods out there?
