Modifying spell effects - Making Soul Trap have a projectile

You might be correct. I'll research it and look for a correlation. I think I've done enough modding today. Time to finally "play." lol.

Cast Types
Cast Type 0 = Self
Cast Type 1 = Touch
Cast Type 2 = Projectile
Cast Type 3 = Projectile2 (No Visible Projectile)
Cast Type 4 = Summoning -> Traps Pets anything that summons an owned physical object into the world.

Unknown 2 = Range the Projectile will travel before being removed.

These are the type definitions I have been working from and as yet they have not failed me.

Thanks for posting that Saiden, makes changing things much easier now. Going to change the 'Bosmer - Command Animal' from a voice to a projectile :)
