I'm running a mod to decrease font size and another that fixes the bug of not being able to add cards to the deck. Is there any possibility of these causing the steam achievements to be disabled?

Nope.

Nope but using god mode does disable achievements, i used it to power through the main story before getting mods so i wouldn't get any spoilers. Basics is don't cheat if you want to achieve anything.

Using the console for anything at all seems to disable the achievements in some cases. I stopped getting them after removing the menu for a screenshot. No more pop-ups. Yay!
