1 st page of forum: 4 locked thread, 8 moved threads - that leaves 11 actual active threads, not counting the Stickies at top, so the locked + moved outnumber the actives

Break the rules and you get the padlock. Post in the wrong section and you get a move. Nothing about boredom. And an "Active" thread is any thread on any page that has been posted in the last week.

I don't see how this relates directly to the New Vegas game itself.

If you have a problem with what mods are doing send them a PM instead of spamming us.
