Moments of Bliss

I was given a bounty to kill the bandit leader at Nilhelm, a tower that overlooks a very steep cliff. I arrived at midnight. Several bandits were still eating and forging weapons at the small camp under the tower (which I suppose they do 24 hours a day). I very carefully snuck around the rocks until I was close enough to begin strategizing how I would end their lives when I was spotted by one of them. Instantly, as I usually do, I jumped out of sneak mode ready to launch a full blown attack. The bandits, however, were quite accomodating. They didn't mind my presence at all. In fact, the one sitting at the table eating never bothered to get up once while I sliced and diced her comrade who was forging a sword not 15 feet away from her. She just complained that I should stop. He just kept forging while I kept chopping as well, occasionally moaning in pain and discomfort, until his body could handle no more and he died. I then walked over to the other bandit who was eating, crept up behind her, searched her pockets for the heck of it (she caught me because I wasn't a good thief and complained, "Hey, I saw that!"), stood up, grabbed the food off her plate, ate it in front of her, then cut her head off. Easy peasy. Then, I ventured into the tower. The very kind bandits welcomed me, or at least they were indifferent to my presence. Unfortunate for them I was not as hospitable. Finally, I met the bandit leader who was walking up and down a catwalk on the outside of the tower near the top. The man was clearly not afraid of heights as just beyond the ledge there was a steep drop of at least 200 or more feet and there was no railing. Perhaps he should have been, perhaps it would have saved him from the cruel destiny which awaited him. He kindly stopped before me as he had no intention of pushing me out of his way on such a trecherous catwalk. It was then that I shouted Unrelenting Force at max level directly at his chest and away he flew like a fluttering leaf down, down, down over the cliff's edge. I watched as his body landed squarely on a rock face about 150 feet below and left a large splotch of blood (I was very pleased that detail was in there), but that is not where his journey ended for he bounced off of that rock and continued to fall into the woods below. It was glorious.

There's a mini-quest related to that place, so that's propably why they weren't reacting.

And yes, Shouting a bandit down from that tower is quite the sight

If you think I'm saddened or disappointed about that, Toggles, I'm sorry to disappoint you. But, thanks for taking the time to pop in to leave a note. That was very kind of you.

What a great nick for that guy.

Anyway, that place is fun. Especially the tower.
