Monorail : Fallout: New Vegas

Okay.........so I did the quest, won't spoil it, but it

blew up anyway, even though I defused the bomb.

The only reason I'm worried about it is because I'm not sure if it has any negative effects later on, for me or for the NCR. Thanks for any help.

nah it wont do nothin. its jut a wawy to get in and out of the strip for free if you havent paid 2000 caps to get in yet.

Just a tip for the next time, if you dont want it to blow up the second you here about the bomb in the train go defuse it. Do not pass go and do not collect your cash.

It's just a balance check, you didn't pay it.Well you didn't do the check at the gate, when you pass there, you may get shoot at.
