[Help] Monster Wars and others

The past few weeks I have been adding mods to my game. I was able to create a fairly stable game (it still crashes every once and a while while playing, but I don't know if I'll ever be able to eliminate crashes in total) but a few mods still give me big problems. Both the mods Monster Wars (version 3.2) and Kagrenecs instant fortress (version 3.2) cause me to ctd as soon as I step outside. These mods look very exciting to me, especially Monster Wars. I was really looking forward to all the extra monsters and the big fights. I can understand why Monster Wars would cause me a lot of crashes when I'm outside if it's conflicting with another mod, but I cannot fathom why Kagrences instant fortress would cause a crash every time i step outside. I did research monster wars, and it seems that other people were able to get it to work just fine with the larger scale mods I'm using. Are there any known conflicts for these two mods? My mod list is as follows without the two mods and, of course, the bashed patch at the end.

Should I manually include Monster Wars.esp in the bashed patch leveled list? It's not tagged, so I'm just unsure. Doing this does not fix the crashes, however.
Another quick thing: I currently have WATER disabled. When I enable WATER, my game crashes whenever I enter Dragonsreach. If I disable it, enter, then enable I can leave and reenter as much as I like. As soon as I travel away or go adventuring, however, it will again crash upon my next attempt to enter the castle.

Edit: When i first installed and tried Monster Wars, SkyMoMod was at v7. It crashed then, and i now have it at v8 and it still crashes. I'm not sure if it's compatable with version 8 or not yet, but it crashed at version 7 as well.
