» Tue Mar 29, 2011 11:58 pm It was the guard in front of the Silver Rush. It happened when I left the Atomic Wrangler. He was moonwalking diagonally away from me. (I hadn't talked to him beforehand or did anything to him.)
I rectified it by entering a building and then exiting it again. It was back to normal. I'll bet fast travel probably works too. So if you see that happen, then just try what I mentioned.
