so i try to play brink while my cable went out and i got a message that say" there was a error accessing downloadable content and that it had been disabled"

so my guy was back a level 20 skill points disappeared and he was missing any thing that that had to do with anything i downloaded

will i be a level 23 again when i hook you modem back up .
