i have a chest full of weapons armour etc couse the shop/npcs lack anywere near the money to buy them, i hope in the expantion they increase npc money

It doesnt really matter. If you sell your stuff for whatever the shopkeeper has you can still make tons of money by traveling from city to city. Its not too realistic to have shopkeepers with tens of thousands of available gold

Putting your perk points into Speech (Investor and Master Trader), increases storekeeper cash, but I wouldn't do it. Perk points are too precious to me, and it's easy enough to accumulate more money than you'll need just by playing.

Pick up the related speech perks and sell items to different merchants in different cities.

If all of the merchants in Whiterun were out of money, it doesn't take long to make a quick run to Riverwood and etc.

You dont need more money for NPC shopkeepers because you dont need much money to begin with. Apart from houses you simply dont need money in this game.
