I would like everyone to know that upon creating a new character, and outfitting him with the same guns as my previous setup, doing nothing but the Be More Objective Challenges, I have FINALLY completed the 2 Star Challenge. Today is a good day. For once, the Hack was surprisingly easy. The hardest part was delivering the Intel because the enemies swarmed the exit of the room, but switching to the Medic class for that segment is the best strategy I can figure.
I am curious if there is a difference between a Level 17 lowered to Level 0, and a fresh Level 0 because I noticed a difference in game. Maybe I was just lucky, but the enemy bots seemed a lot less responsive to my fresh Level 0 than to my Level 0 that was once Level 17. I think I'm going to continue with this character in the Challenges, and then complete the Campaign again. The Campaign is a cakewalk compared to this Challenge.
In closing, a lot of people have posted their strategies for completing this challenge. Here is mine. Create a new character outfitted with a Euston AR and a CARB-9 SMG. Equip both guns with these Attachments: Four-Vent Muzzle Brake, Front Grip, Adjusted Iron Sights, Duct-Taped Magazine. Complete Be More Objective, 1 Star Challenge. I assume that you're familiar with 2 Star Challenge, so my advice is to rush every Objective. Shoot only when you absolutely have to. If you're fast, the enemy should be a bit thinned out. If you die, that's okay. I died four, or five times. When you Hack, take the PDA to the Command Post. You're guarded on three sides by walls, and if you're lucky, your bots may do something to keep the Hack going. I stress if you're lucky. As soon as the Hack is complete, switch to Medic at the Command Post, and climb the crate to your right to get to the Intel (hopefully) unscathed. At this point, you need to rush the Objective as quickly as possible taking the route that you took to the Repair. Buff your health as soon as you're on the catwalk, and rush past any enemies. Drop the Intel, and cheer.
Oh, to the user who quoted me to defend the Operative, you misunderstood me. I like the Operative, but in my opinion, his lack of buffs like the Engineer's or Medic's puts a fresh Operative at a disadvantage in a fight. There's nothing wrong in that though because Operatives are meant to be stealthy bastards. However, the Challenge seems to demand a firefight if you don't rush it, making the forced Operative a frustration.
