In fallout 3 we all know about the super duper mart. Why aren't we finding more places with a supply of things for loot like food and parts? Has it just been salvaged already or is it all irradiated crap?

I think the point of the super duper mart, and the survival guide quest that goes with it, is to show that most places have been looted, you have to find someone elses stash to find the really good stuff.

There's still plenty of good loot to be had, just not necessarily condensed in a supermarket.

By mid-game you'll have so much stuff you could reopen it as a Walmart.

Yeah I've played through both games. I was just thinking, It'd be a nice morale boost if you randomly found little unmarked places with supplies up the YING YANG :celebration:
