More questions on the CW

OK, first off, I assure you I have read a number of topics on the board, I'm not just starting another topic of the Companion Wheel becasue I haven't bothered to search it up.

But still, I don't seem to find any real, concrete answer of HOW it works. I've learned that the text in it is hardcoded into the settings. However, it doesn't seem to be possible to duplicate them (well, they're hardcoded). This brings me to the first question:

- How can I change the text in the CW without replacing it?

In addition, I'd like to change the images in it, but I haven't found a referance to them anywhere in the GECK...

- Where are the companion wheels images? And can they be altered?

Basiclly I'd like to make a whole new wheel, with all new functions. One way might be to create an overlay over the screen (like the helm visors or the blood effect), but then how would I be able to add the "buttons".
As you might understand, I hate using messageboxes to command my companions, I want a new option, and I think in one way or another that the CW can make it happen.

All constructive comments are welcome, let's find an answer together :hubbahubba:

I know little about the companion wheel, and I have never worked with it, but I would guess that a huge chunk of it, if not all of it is hardcoded. That means it's not set up in the GECK, but in the game code itself, and therefor cannot be changed. I doubt you can do too much to change it. But like I said, that's mostly a guess, perhaps someone with more experience with it can be more exact.
