NO more random dragons : V

I've been playing for a while now and unlike my first time through I haven't seen a single random dragon pop up ever, what is up with that ?

I have a whole bunch of unlocked shouts that demand dragon souls and I haven't been fast traveling at all where I normally get random dragons I get none.

Bring back my random dragons !

You sure you are through most of the MQ, if not, completed?

Fast traveling seems to be the best way to get random dragons for me. I get them alot at the abandoned shack, western watch tower, winterhold, and all directly after fast travel. My problem is if I don't have dragonrend its a b*^&h to get them to notice me half the time.

Their rate greatly went down for most people with either Patch 1.2 or 1.3. Again, fast traveling a bunch seems the best way to spawn them.
