So do Bretons have a longer lifespan that other humans since they are supposedly part Aldmer then?
Bretons don't have a longer lifespan. King Eadwyre only lived to be 78-88 and Barenziah thought he was really old when she married him, ad she eventually outlived him even though she was born in 2E 890 or so and Eadwyre was born 3E 340.

Cassyndyr, Empress Katariah's and Pelagius the Mad's son was also a Breton and didn't live fairly long. His rule was only two years, but I think he was sickly.

In my opinion, Bretons should have a longer lifespan, but as they are more man than mer it's understandable.

Remember who ever writes the NPC lines out at Bethesda is not very good (think guard lines), so take that line with a pinch of salt. Head over to the Imperial Library if you want to get the facts straight.
 There are so many great writers around these forums, obviously. I think the guard lines are clever, often with unintentional hilarity.

OP: Even if your lifespan is 1000 years, compared to all the ages that could still seem short. It all depends on perspective.
