I'm a pretty aggressive person due to my high testosterone levels. Which style (or styles) of combat play should I choose to really get my adrenaline going? Which forms of combat should I choose?

I want FAST paced action. I want to hear BOOM. And Whack! I want cut scenes to happen. I want to have my heart going fast. I want to run. I want to have to move fast. MOST importantly...I want to press the attack button on my Xbox controller REALLY FAST!

you are playing the wrong game.

First of all, put in the console command box 'set killmoverandom to 100' (without the 's ofc) and it will always kill the last person in cinematic style (or always do a cinematic sneak kill).

Secondly, I find Archery pretty intense judging their movement patterns before letting off a shot, and getting a real kick when I hit them with trick shots

The closest thing to what you want is probably sword and shield. Reaction-based gameplay, lots of different attacks, a charge, gory finishers, etc.. Just don't take blacksmithing or enchanting if you want any semblance of challenge in your game.

This game has never come close to giving me that feeling. Try the God of War series or the new Space Marine game.

I guess you could play a berserker-type character. Dual-wield axes, wear minimal armor/resistance gear, and press the attack.
Mages should wipe the floor with you if you don't run in quickly enough.

Spellsword Archer. Pull up a bow unleashing a flurry of arrows and then grab a fireball spell and a sword and keep throwing fireballs and slash your enemies into bits and pieces ?

I don't get. You describe exactly what you want and still you ask?
