Have you ever fought a dozen bighorners, with very little supply of food and healing items, wearing only clothing and wielding a tire iron?
I have, and it was beautifully difficult to make it through, they constantly knocked me down and stood and stomped on me like the cowards they are, managed to pull through it though, and after that, I finally got respect for the damn things.
One of the most challenging and hilarious moments in New Vegas.

Deathclaw promontory, or anywhere with deathclaws. My only character who is tough enough to take them on is a melee/unarmed guy, which I have found is not the best way to fight deathclaws.
