Most Impactful Quest

Of all the quests in Skyrim, what was the most well done/most impactful and meaningful quest to you?

SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For me the most emotional quest I have ever done in Skyrim was the Frostflow Lighthouse one. Seriously, if you don't know what that is go look up the location and do it! The quest was so meaningful that as I played it I continued to do so not for loot or rewards but I wanted to see what happened to the poor family. The beginning of the quest was very clever with the urn/key thing, and seeing how such an innocent family was killed was truly heartwrenching. The ending was great as well, with the PC doing Habd the only thing he could do after death, and fulfilled his final wish to burn at the top of the lighthouse. Whoever designed this quest did great, and it rejuvenated my joy for the game. I just hope there are quests this excellent left in this game.

Note: This was not my first playthrough, but actually my 3rd. I am no noob to the game.

One quest in DB:

(spoliers)

One of the quests I found the most impactful quests was when you had to kill a guards son.

Before he leaves on his journey you hear his parents say how proud they are of him and they know he will do well, how much they love him and want him to come home safe. I honestly felt a bit bad as I stalked all the way to markarth. After I cut his neck open i found a letter on the body from his father reinforcing what I had mentioned earlier

poor guy

I kind of felt bad for dear ol' Daddy, but he crossed ten different lines by doing what he did. Astrid is a dumb cow anyways so I could care less about the dumb things she does. Although I don't mind him if you do a certain quest for him.

I've been doing too much wandering and too little questing to have discovered these quests yet, unfortunately.

The most meaningful was the Winterhold College quest. Just because I got to meet a Psijic priest.

Not a quest, but having Sapphire tell me about her past was very meaningful.

What you're told when you ask 'Wheres Mirabelle?' during one of the CoW quests brought a tear to my eye.

The Dark Brotherhood questline.

Just about everything Balgruuf says. Amazing character.

And the merchant you find dead on the road near Solitude, with his wife. I shed a tear there too.
