Most Unusual Character Builds

Hey guys, was wondering, what are some of the most unusual, quirky or off-beat characters you've seen or played?

I just recently started a Khajiit using Heavy Armor / Unarmed Combat, and he can turn into a werewolf. That's right, my cat becomes a dog, dawg.
Focusing mainly on Enchanting, Conjuration and Alteration to support myself in combat situations, and slowly improving smithing to help with Unarmed Damage output.

Words cannot even express how much fun I've been having with this character.
Boxing with bears in 3rd person is hilarious, and it's quite the rush killing dragons with your bare-hands.
Unarmed combat has been exceptionally effective so far (at level 14 right now, playing on Expert, haven't died yet).

The only problem I've encountered is how easily I kill my follower with errant strikes...
I was fighting a Fire Mage earlier, had him down to about 1/4 health and went in for the knockout, but not before my companion could trigger her critical animation on the same enemy,
thus jumping in the path of my fist... which proceeded to pound her face in with a critical finish. Whoops.

Anyways, what's the most interesting or enjoyable character you've played so far?

I don't think there are any weird builds, besides a pacifist, and unarmed warrior. I'm thinking of making a pacifist, but I don't see how you could kill dragons. Unless you just get a companion, and watch them do it while you spam heal / rally

Race: Nord
Class: Farmer

skills: Speech, one-handed (dual wielding woodcutters- and pickaxe), Alchemy, restoration, light armor

wears only fur or hide or normal clothing

so far i travel the settlements and farms and pick veggies, then selling them... also produce potions for sale... leveling is slow, so i can still defend myself from beasts and bandits, only using the roads, will go cave diving soon, to see how i cope (must find RP reason to go into dungeons first)

I'd love to do a pacifist, or a character that could talk his/her way out of (almost) any situation, but the game really, really doesn't support these kind of options. There are interesting character builds that are possible, but ultimately everything (at least quests) comes down "how do you kill X to obtain Y to fulfill Z".
