That happens whenever you press more keys than your system can handle, and when your keyboard doesn't properly QoS your strokes (which isn't always a bad thing in my book)

Either replace the keyboard or live with it.

I can cause one of the workstations at work to beep by holding down one function key while pressing any other ones 3 times in quick succession.
