Maybe it's because I just got so used to the foot speed in Borderlands but I can't believe how slow we're forced to travel the massive landscape. Weapons holstered. Great strength level. This can't be it. Is anyone else out there as frustrated as I am or is it just me?

You get used to it. I'm waiting on a sprint mod conversion.

i find that i actually do more exploring at that speed than when im racing through.........that being said i also am waiting for a sprint mod for quick bursts of speed. one thing i forgot about is that if your running with your gun out it slows you down a bit and wearing heavier armor slows you down as well. if you put your weapons away and dont overload yourself you can actually move at a decent clip.

why there aren't cars or motorcycles or mutated horses? Considering distances to travel, its so obviously need to have feature.

Horse are extinct and cars are stupid(not to mention there isn't any fuel left for them)
