I am wondering if anyone else has this issue.

In MP I can get 60 FPS (vsync on) no problem but when I run the movement seems jerky or like its skipping frames (solid 60 FPS according to FRAPS). Very small but VERY annoying. Anyone else seeing this when playing? Its almost as if the game is running at like 40 FPS.....

I think its your vsync causing it. See if you get it with the vsync turned off.

I have the same problem I think. I'm not using v-sync. It's not screen tearing either (I'm very familiar with that). The game runs fine in offline modes but online any kind of movement is a little bit wonky and stuttery. It feels like a network thing to me, if I just look around everything is smooth but as soon as I walk or sprint it does this. It is playable but I won't be able to put up with it for much longer. I've checked my connection, ping etc. It's the same on all servers. I play many other games without problems etc.
