Mudcrabs are suprisingly challenging

Post » Sun Jun 10, 2012 8:58 pm

Mabey im the only one that thinks this but mudcrabs are like kinda tough. I was on my orc just running around and exploring when i came across a lake with a couple of mud crabs in it. I decided that ( for no reason at all) i would let them hit me a couple of times thinking that mabey i could get some heavy armor up or something and i seen my health going down pretty quickly so yeah.
Also i was playing my nord on master mode and almost got killed in a couple of hits by a couple of mud crabs. Dose anyone else share my same thoughts?

There's three kind of Mudcrabs.

The Smallest ones have Flat shells, are the closest anology to the classic Mudcrab.

The Larget mudcrab, that has more of a conical shell are quite dangerous at lower levels, especially on master.

The largest Mudcrab appears to have a horn structure, and the crab itself is larger than an Imperial or Bosmer, they can hit upwards of 50 Damage on an unarmored person.

These, mudcrabs are a most lethal foe early on in master. They are something to be conquered. :)
