Multiple issues

Alright, first day of playing, and I've experienced so many bugs that I'm tempted to ask for a refund. But I thought I'd give the devs at least a chance to fix their broken game.
Here we go.

1) After obtaining Rex, cannot complete "Render Unto Caesar". Rex disappears after entering The Fort, and I cannot access Caesars tent due to the guard claiming that "you must enter alone". Because Rex had disappeared, I couldn't talk to him to tell him to "stay put". Also, I can't leave The Fort, the ferry will not return unless the quest is completed, so, my game was ruined.

2) Become stuck inside terrain repeatedly, particularly rocks. The enemies AI also seems to sometimes spawn halfway inside the ground.

3) Unbearable lag with my Nvidia card. I needed to download a user made DLL file to fix the issue. It runs smoothly now.

4) Random crashes.

5) My personal favorite bug, when upgrading the "Weathered Pistol" (from the Classic Pack) with laser sight and scope, the pistol disappears and becomes a MASSIVE exclamation mark sign, that is larger than the character. Infact, in first person mode holding the pistol, all you can see is the giant exclamation mark box. I had to discard an item that I had to go to extra effort to get (and pay extra)? Disgusting effort, devs.

6) In The Strip, there are two children that chase a giant rat. I shot the rat, and the children exclaimed "thanks mister!". One of them continued to run towards the dead rat, and the child proceed to go on her knees and start eating the carcass. Now, that isn't a bug, BUT, she kept sliding on her knees in a straight line (at running speed) doing the eating animation. She only stopped sliding after I chased her and talked to her, then she ran back to join the other child.

7) When in Vault 11, after defeating the robot onslaught, I can repeatedly click the bottom option (when interacting with the computer) and receive nearly unlimited experience.

8) When in Helios One, after the robots have become hostile, there is a small closet-like room that contains a shelf that has half fallen over, with a medipack box behind it. When running towards the shelf, the player will run straight up and over the shelf, and drop behind it. You will be able to collect the medikits, BUT, you will be trapped entirely. There is absolutely no way to get out of this position.

9) And, lets not all forget about the random price hike for Australian steam users. That's nearly unforgivable. We have to pay nearly twice the amount, literally, compared to other countries. Australia already gets ripped off with game prices...all we have is Steam.

When a complete problem report, including the standard PC Gaming Computer hardware component summary, and a routine software environmental description is provided, along with full symptom details, then perhaps someone here will be able to offer a suggestion. Sorry to have nothing else for you now.

Done. Although I doubt this has anything to do with my laptop at all.

More issues:

10) Game crash happens every time I make contact with the Brotherhood Of Steel in the Hidden Valley, after they confiscate weapons.

11) You can carry weapons by pressing "Z" in shops away from the guards sight, and steal them in unoccupied rooms.

Another issue:

12) During the "Birds Of A Feather" quest, the man that you deliver the package to will generally be stuck inside terrain. Roughly 50% of the time, I'd say. I've loaded my save several times so that he would spawn correctly.

14: Lucky 38 Container Respawn Fix
http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35221

When I saw this fix posted on the nexus i checked my container with all my crafting stuff at Lucky38
Indeed a bunch of stuff was missing. I had gone more than 3 days.

Amazingly idiot bug. Modders will fix this game. There are at least 4 quest related mod fixes on Nexus now to fix broken quests.

Enjoying this game but the first week with the devs release is leaving bad taste in me mouth.

This one is whats ticking me off. Bethesda wont reply to this one. How did this even make it past beta? It should've never hit the shelves for PC if you cant complete major game plot lines or quests.

I had a lot of crashes in the BOS bunker in hidden valley as well, until i disabled NVSE and the New Vegas Stutter remover.
Since then I had not one crash there.
If you use those (or just NVSE) check if it helps to disable them. If so it may be a NVSE bug and should be reported there.
