Very interesting article about http://www.gamasutra.com/view/feature/6173/the_music_of_the_mojave_wasteland.php

Talks about how the music was made and Inon Zur etc. Also big news, it looks like they will use some Mark Morgan soundtrack pieces in the game! :)

Excellent read, thanks for posting! I love the behind the scenes stuff - especially with the score and music. :goodjob:

Much thanks for making the wait a little more bearable. I was feeling a little down because despite having it ordered very very early I will probably get the CE very late, luckily they like me at the game store so I'll get the game when it get's out...just have to wait for the extra's.
It's good to know they made more music for NV. The music in Fallout 3 got repetitive really quickly and after a while got so annoying that if I didn't need to hear my surroundings I would toss my headphones away.

I'm really impressed with the apparent level of detail they've put into this game, from the story, the lore, the design of the world (see a stain on the ceiling and then go to the next floor and find the leaky toilet that caused it? really?), the weapons, the RPG elements, and finally, the music.

If it even turns out to be half as deep as they hype it up to be in these articles, it's going to be awesome.
Bugginess be damned, I'm going to enjoy this game.

The layered location music sounds lovely.

It's just a shame such craftsmanship will be drowned out by the radio that 90% of players play all. the. time.
