Mzulft flame door : V

There is a door I don't know how to open in Mzulft - it has the wavy closure and has flames right in front of it, shortly after I defeated the wispmothers I think - also has spell tome frosbite right next to it. Can't figure out how to get through especially with the flaming rocks in front of it?
