Just throwing out an idea. Something I found on this evening's lore binge. The voice is a crucial thing in Nord culture -- so much so that when they kill an enemy, they often keep the tongue as a trophy. I was thinking that a neat but gruesome idea would be a necklace of tongues, perhaps with a bonus of some sort to shouts.
