Need advice for printing out RPG PDF Book's.

It's a left field shot here, but I'm hoping the lovely OT crowd has some advice!

As the title says gang. I've bought a lot of Pathfinder PDF's from RPGNow.com and I'm looking to get them printed up. I bought a Brother Black & White Dual Side Document printer and now I'm trying to figure out a good weight of paper/cardstock to print them out on!

110 lb. Cardstock is great for models and terrain... but is too heavy for books.

How I'm doing all of these books: Printing them out B&W, tri-punching holes, putting them in 3 Tang Fastener folders. Labeling them with a blank sticker on the front.

Any advice would be appreciated. I don't want to buy 10 different types of stock before finding out the last one was best. Gets rather expensive!

You should be fine with maybe 24lb. I wouldn't go past 48lb to be honest.
