I need a character to stick with.

After my first 2 characters, I've been creating new ones and experimenting with them. The problem is, I seem to have an addiction to creating new characters. I'm on my 13th character now, and after my first 3 none of them have made it past level 11. I've played as a thief, an assassin, a warrior, a mage, a battlemage, and even a hunter. What I need is a character that I will have a lot of fun with and will stick with for a long time. Creating all these new characters has gotten quite boring, since I've done Bleak Falls Barrow so many times now. So can you guys give me some suggestions for a good race, playstyle, and just any other details that might help me stick with a character? Thanks

It's kind of impossible to tell you what you will enjoy playing. Try something zany like a conjuration using archer or something just weird. I can offer some advice though.

STOP DOING BLEAK FALLS BARROW. If you start each character by doing the same stuff they wind up feeling the same. As soon as you escape Helgen, choose a direction that is not towards that dungeon and start walking.

Imo, a solid personality in mind (usually built upon a backstory) is what keeps me sticking with a character.

Playstyle you should have gotten a feel for what you enjoy from a mechanics standpoint. I made a generic archer that I couldn't stick with for more than a level or two....then I created an orc mage and am hooked. By backstory I don't necessarily mean a novel...just an idea of where they came from and how that shaped their outlook.

For me, she was raised by a Breton. She doesn't share traditional orcish values or views. She may run like a man, but she has a love of finer things and a greater respect for the mind than anything else. She gets very, very tired of people assuming she's a thuggish lout based on her heritage. Her interactions with other orcs have been horribly awkward, which just adds to her story for me.

Imo, adding personality quirks, and sticking with them/letting them guide your actions is the best way to keep a character fresh. Don't take every option just because it's offered....what you turn down doing can be just as important as what quests you accept.
