Like the title says, EDE went missing and nothing I've tried has brought him back. I tried to look up the console command to spawn him at my location, but I can't find it. I have EDE's ref and base ID, I just don't know the right command, can anyone post it here for me?

It depends upon whether you have upgraded ED-E or not. And for this command you use the reference ID, not the base ID.

The console command is

prid xxxxxx (then hit return)
moveto player (hit return again and close the console)

xxxxxx will differ depending upon the version of ED-E you have:

Not Upgraded ED-E: 1732d1
Weapons upgraded (took him to Followers): 1732D0
Armour upgraded (took him to BOS): 1732CF

If you find after moving him to your position that he doesn't follow you despite being in follow (rather than wait) mode, open the console, click on ED-E (and make sure it says ED-E at the top of the screen) then type:
disable (then hit return)
enable (hit return again and close the console)

This should reset his follower AI.
