At the moment i have got 3 quests to do
-Render the Ceaser
-Ask the boomers to help the NCR
-Kill Mr.House

i do not want to fall out with either the NCR or Legion so
what order should i do these in ?

NGR and Legion quest line are mutually exclusive

As are the House Quest line.

You just have to pick one and stick to it.

so i cant do all 3 ??

AFAIK: Completing NCR quests will auto-fail Ceaser's after a certain point and visa-versa.

You pretty much only have 4 options when it comes to those group of quests, each will eliminate the others as you progress the story. Since their objectives overlap and you have to do it for one faction or the other, and thus eliminate that line of quest as a possibility.

As far as I remember you don't.

You can always save, do the quest, and reload.
