Need Help changing POV : V

I really need help changing my POV, it is in 1st person and I can seem to make my toon work. Can anyone PLEASE tell me how to change it. The "option" says hit F key to toggle POV but it doen't work. ANyone that can help it would be greatly appreciated

Have a mouse wheel? scroll in to First person then out back to 3rd.

Or just hire Lydia and make your own POV.

Sometimes you will get stuck in 1st person at an enchanting table when trying to exit it. You will be "stuck" and unable to move for a bit. Give it about 10 seconds and it will release.
