Does anyone know where to get an archery enchentment and I dont mean from a shop.

All these things are random.
You have to get lucky with chests or vendors.

What you can do is a little glitch/ trick.
Go to a vendor that is likely to have a lot of enchanted gear, such as that clothing shop in Solitude, but any vendor will work.
Save.
Check their stock. If they do not have what you want, punch em.
Reload.
Their stock will have changed. You can do this until you have what you want, but its a bit meta.

what about a bound bow

Happy to help

A bound bow spell can be gotten from mages once youre level 40 conjuration.
Court mages, or the conjuration teacher at Winterhold College.

If youre very, very lucky you may find it in random loot.

There is a Bound Bow that is guaranteed to be in Fort Amol.
