Seriously, probably not. I would make a Nord specializing in Destruction (lightning, natch), 2-H, Smithing, Enchanting, Alteration, Illusion, Restoration, Speech, make him look like a Greek dude with a big sword and go naked, split attributes 40/40/20 Health/Magicka/Stamina, or something.
