There were two performance enhancers released not long after Skyrim's release, one was Skyboost but I do not remember the name of the other, anyone here know?
Also if you know of any new performance enhancer mods(not those that cut back on graphics) please let me know, thanks in advance.

TESVAL. However, it has been superceded by the same performance improvements being implemented in the game engine itself. And as it was a SKSE plugin that has not been developed in months, it likely will no longer work with current versions of SKSE/Skyrim.
