Whenever I send a plugin to a friend through email, the npc's are there but they won't talk or use any scripts. I tried packing and sending the .bsa file with it, but still nothing. What might I be doing wrong?

Well you have to send him the scripts too. They are no longer contained inside the ESP as in the past. Look in Data/Scripts/Source for them
