Where too start

firstly everyone in the companion hut in whiterun was coming
after me and every 5 to 10 seconds they would ask if i needed them
(My husband also a rimmer said he had the same problem so just
started the game over again) so i did

And it was in a different language

Then my hubbie's game keeps crashing like as soon as the game starts
