In honour of FOOL I decided to beat Fallout. I have learned that this is easier said than done. First off, my pistol say's I'm out of ammo, but I have 10mm ammo. It's a unique ammo, and says something about hallow points, so that might be why. How do I use it though?

Also if anyone knows where I can improve the quality or maybe even game play with some patches (or maybe even mods) that would be great too.
