After choosing not to do something to a certain someone a certain daedric quest,the enemies never respawned,ever,i reloaded and redid the last ceremony countless times,nothing.

did you do that something to that certain someone to get them enemies and loot to respawn?

i'm beggining to think it's a punishment for not obeying.

why not posting this under the spoilers section getting rid of all those "something, someone"?
