I have followed everything for the quest building, but for some reason my quest starts automatically as soon as i go in the game. if anyone can help me out here i would apreciate it.

This is a really vague description of your problem, but off the top of my head... Did you check your quest Start Game Enabled?
That doesn't just mean when you start a new game, but also the first time your mod is loaded.
