got a problem with making shrines in the basemant. I am tryin to make the shrine of talos but it wont let me. I've got 3 amulets of talos but it wont let me use any of them. any ideas ppl?

You have the other building materials as well? if you have everything and all your Talos amulets are quest items, it is probably a quest you have to do in Solitude, assuming you picked an amulet up of an NPC who was executed. Speak to Svari the little girl who's uncle was executed, you will need to do the Return to Grace quest.

yeah av done that quest. I have noticed that I can't drop the amulets coz they are quest items.
