I know that everyone has seen hundreds of these threads. I have been following some threads about this same topic and have had no luck. The question is where is the edit my signature page?

When I go to view my profile I go to the" Edit My Profile" button right under the "View New Content" menu

Then it goes to the edit page. And at the drop down menu and above the Bethesda softworks logo it says in bold letters My Settings.

Under that it says:

Bethesda Softworks

Bethesda Softworks Forums->Your Control Panel->Settings->Profile Settings

-Profile Settings ------------------- General account settings
-E-mail & password Photo
-Ignore Preferences Time Zone
-Notification options Comments & visitors
-Your Notifications Friends

Can someone please explain this process step-by-step? It would be most appreciated.

Signature is right under E-mail & password for me, what browser are you using? I'm using firefox (not updated).

I'm using Internet Explorer.

If it's not there for you, then...uh...I don't know? Browser setting, browser version, forum glitch...could try signing out, closing browser, open browser, sign back in. Try Firefox or Chrome just to see if it shows up/works using something different. Since you have a signature and you want to edit it, I'd assume you found/had an option before...if it's disappeared now then sounds weird.

You're going too far, signature is not under profile settings. Click on your name in the top left corner and choose settings, then signature is the third option down.

As he has a signature I rather think the problem is solved. Plus new members are not permitted signatures for the first few posts and days - an anti spam measure.
