Need info on Kinect download(s)..Is it released yet?

I started a small group on Facebook called "Ladies of Skyrim". We currently have 40 members about half of which play on the xbox 360. One of my members posted in mid April that she had downloaded the Kinect update and could not play. I researched and found that the download was only adding commands to be used when the Kinect option is released, but that there was no release date as yet.
I play on a PC, so I do not have first-hand experience with this.
I have 3 questions to ask on her behalf:
#1 Have there been any more Kinect downloads that she needs to add?
#2 Once you have downloaded the mid-April one, is there a way of her being informed of any additional downloads?
#3 When will the finished product be released?
I understand that the first download was only in English and I surmise that the delay is because it must be released in other languages before the release date is given.
Any additional info will be greatly appreciated by the members of my group.

The full Kinect update was released and is fully functional. There was only one patch pertaining to the Kinect. For the Kinect to respond properly very specific commands have to be used. All the commands were released by Bethesda in PDF format that can be found here - http://cdnstatic.gamesas.com/akqacms/files/tes/extras/skyrim-kinect-voicecommands.pdf

In order to use the commands you have to first add items to your favorites list and then assign a command command to the item you wish to select using your voice. All of this is explained in depth on the PDF. The Kinect works great for most people but can be sensitive to strong accents. If you have any more questions I'd be happy to help. The Kinect addition has really transformed my game play. I love not having to step through menus all the time now.

Thanks for the info. I will pass it on to my group and see if they can get it up and running.
