Further Detail:
I was initially on my xbox, but decided that there were enough mods to make me change to pc.

Just last night I downloaded it onto my computer along witht he creation set, and before downloading any mods, I was oging to see how it ran. It isn't running well, so I need to know what to do in order to get the fps running faster

That's only the top 5%, and you didn't put the spoiler tags on either end. The most important part of a gaming PC is its graphics card, and if it has none at all, it cannot play Sktrim properly.

about that...
As is usually the case with systems that use integrated graphics, the ATI Radeon HD 4250 in the DX4320-02e is not very gamer-friendly, as evidenced by the system's score of 2,612 on the 3DMark Vantage test. You'll probably be able to play older DirectX 9 titles like Company of Heroes but you'll have to keep the detail settings to a minimum. More demanding DX10 games such a Far Cry 2 will likely be agonizingly slow.

Thats from the blurb on that computer....ya you actually need a Video card.

EDIT:....also try a "Clean boot" with windows....this is a massive Page file.....to much running in the background can grind you to a hault.

Page file 48009MB used, 6932MB available

Has to be a typo...4809 would be over 4 GB and still on the large side.

4GB of currently used PageFile is a lot. Maybe you have unnecessary programs running in the background, or starting alongside Windows?
