I need Magicka,Health,Stamina and Character build help

Hey guys, at the moment I'm having trouble with how I should set out my magic, health and stamina for my Assassin sneak thief character for future levels.

Atm I'm thinking 300, 500, 300 (if I ever reach level 81) which I think seems well balanced.

I usually sneak about using a bow to kill my enemies but my character lacks in close combat, so what one handed perks work on daggers?

I'v also been hearing rumours about being able to obtain 2 blade of woes with the use of pickpocket perks, is this true?

I'm also on the last quest of the thieves guild and I'm wondering if getting the unbreakable perk is worth it, especially after the master locks and locksmith perk. (I have over 800 lock picks and counting)

I also like to use a little bit of magic but feel rather limited on Magicka, what perks could I take to cast more spells and would their be any point once getting 2 blades of woe?

-B

Post your characters stats and perks for the world to see, don't be shy

I would use the Sneak tree more then the Pickpocket tree. There are 3 perks up the right side of the Sneak tree that really increase damage with your sneaking one handed attacks. About the only perk I see worthwhile in the Pickpocket tree is the extra carrying capacity. I'm level 69 and have never invested one perk in pickpocket and I can pick any lock with no problems. Yeah it might take me a few lock picks but that's not a problem as you can collect a rather large amount them. Think I'm carry a little 300 at the moment. You can also use Enchanting to fortify your lockpicking as well as your one-handed. I use Smithing and Enchanting to customize my loadout at any given time. If I want to run a battle mage setup I have enchanted armor, necklaces, rings, etc to fortify my character for that loadout. Decreasing magicka cost, boosting magicka, etc. When I want to pummel at close range again I use Smithing and Enchanting to fortify that. I like a well balanced character and personally try not to stray to far to one extreme or the other. Enchanting has really helped with that I believe. My stats roughly are as follows:

Level 69

Magicka 300
Health 360
Stamina 310

I can see why the pick pocket skill can be rather useless. thanks for the info.

So far I think I may invest 5 points into the 1 handed skill to increase damage to daggers
Max sneak - but not the last perk
Max archery
2 points into smithing for the arcane blacksmith perk
(not too sure about speech)

For my assassin I put no perks into Lockpicking, but wear Fortify Lockpicking gear. Many people agree that Fortify Lockpicking is a waste of an Enchant, but I use dual Enchants and don't like putting enchants like Fortify Carry Weight, Fortify Magicka/Stamina/Health on my gear because I change clothes a lot...especially on my chick. I'm a pretty lay-dee! Since I change clothes I don't like to get used to having buffs on her work clothes which inflate her stats that will be gone when she's wearing her leisure clothes.

I've got all the Enchanting perks except Soul Siphon and Soul Squeezer - I've tried them on my Warrior type and they just don't make enough of a difference.

I barely have 200 in Magicka, but I only started messing with Illusion stuff after I passed 60. Up to 60 I used Sneak-based stuff including Shadow Warrior. I still primarily use Sneak, but I've enchanted Fortify Illusion gear that I can change into if I don't have enough Magicka. I also got Dead Thrall recently and enchanted 4 items with Fortify Conjuration. I mainly use Dead Thrall just to be Impish - Iike leaving dead vampires and necromancers in certain NPCs' beds.

I have the Illusion perks up the right side to Quiet Casting and no other magic school perks. I pretty much only use Invisibility.

In Alchemy (100) I have Alchemist (5/5), Physician, and Benefactor. I basically only use Alchemy to make +120% Fortify Smithing Potions so I can improve leather-based armors past the armor cap.

In Light Armor (100) I have all perks. Usu wears Legendary Forsworn with Armor Rating of 685.

In Sneak (100) I have all perks.

In Pickpocket (100) I have only the ones up the middle to Perfect Touch, but that's only so I can...NVM.

In One-Handed (99) I have all the perks that will affect Daggers except Critical Charge and Paralyzing Strike. Dual-wield Legendary Ebony Daggers doing 162 each.

In Smithing (100) I have all the perks up the Heavy side (for weapons for me and weapons and armor improvement for followers' gear).

Also, your avatar is horrifying.

Your character sounds very similar to mine I might say. =)
I however have only added 90 to magicka and that was only because I decided to start using conjuration to have someone that backed me up (and are not missed when dead) while my character focus in archery and archery only. So insted of putting points in magicka to use spells I recomend you to start using alchemy, because eaven thou I havent put a single point in the alchemy tree I can still make very usefull potions like: dmg health and paralyze. I would also recomend you to add more perks in smithing so you can eventually make deadric weapons like the bow wich are the bow with most dmg in the game (I think). For the dagger dmg I agree with cgm88 that the sneak tree has some good perks for the dmg to get higher. I also favor the enchanting tree wich gives you a boost when enchanting your gear for extra dmg and abilities.
And finally: I dont add much perks in the speech tree untill my other more important perktree's are filled but when I can afford a perk or two I usually turn to the speechtree for better prices and the best perk: "Merchant" wich alows you to sell any kind of item to any merchant wich spares you alot of time running back and forth between all the stores. ^^
