Need mod suggestionshelp if possible :(

Looking for some help in relieving eyestrain headaches in a few parts of the world and a few other things. Five minutes on High Hrothgar is giving me migraines.

I need help making this look LESS like this:
I'm not exactly sure what it is. Maybe its a combination of crappy textures(I installed a high res texture pack a while ago), terrible lighting, the greyscale "meh" look. I know a lot of you folks like dark and dismal but this is giving me a migraine. Nighttime has this issue as well. I'm night blind.

Another thing... I downloaded and installed RCRN 3.0 and took a look at it.. I LOVE the colors... but can't stand how dark nights and caves are. Torches completely ruin sneaky assassin characters and I'm not khajiit so I don't have night eye(and they conveniently left it OUT of the spells you can get in game this time around). Any suggestions?

I currently am using a FXAA injector and while it looks okay, the colors are a wee bit *too* vibrant, and every time I muck with the settings something comes out looking bizarre.

Any kind of help would be suggested. I swore to myself I would never mod Skyrim since I ran about 50 mods in Oblivion and wanted to cut the habit but holy cow this is just aggravating. ;(

Thanks in advance.

There are different presets for RCRN Legacy, Classic, and Pure. Legacy will have the closest to vanilla settings so you shouldnt need torches. If you want darker nights/dungeons then there are mods that increase torch radius and that add Night Eye as a spell that you can learn. Also there are mods that alter the shader night eye gives you if you dont like the vanilla style.

Legacy is what I have installed. Still too dark. :/

Edit: Night Eye mod? Havent seen one of those. And I actually like the vanilla night eye. Looks a heck of a lot better than Oblivion's, I'll say that(had to mod Oblivion's too)
