Need a Patch Asap : Fallout: New Vegas

I am leaving the country for a year and this is one of the games i have been waiting for, for a very long while and was excited to be able to download/play it before i leave. Well unless Beth. releases a fixed patch for Nvidia cards very quickly, im pretty much screwed because i will not have internet access the entire time. Btw running a 9650M GT Win764bit

So far I really don't think Bethesda or Obsidian have even browsed over the problems yet. I agree, a patch is needed asap!

a patch will come i'm sure, people with ATI cards are experiencing the same Framerate issues
